Memorandum of Understanding
In June 2024, the Indigenous Centre for Occupational Health & Public Safety entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Institut de recherche Robert-Sauvé en santé et en sécurité du travail to support collaboration on workplace health and safety research for First Nations communities.
Joint Research and Knowledge Exchange
The partnership focuses on joint research initiatives aimed at identifying and addressing health and safety risks faced by First Nations workers, with particular attention to communities in Quebec.
Building Safer Workplaces Through Collaboration
Developed through sustained dialogue and mutual respect, this agreement creates space for knowledge sharing and practical research to help prevent workplace injuries and occupational illnesses in Indigenous communities.
